To assist you, Noracar.com compares the price of a part with the manufacturer’s suggested retail price for a new model. This information is displayed next to the price on a part’s listing page.
The “Best Web Price Guarantee” label on our site ensures that you are purchasing this Noracar reference at the best web price among the platforms initiated by Noracar, excluding the seller’s personal website. Parts from labeled sellers are not subject to Noracar’s service fees when placing an order.
This label signifies that you can be confident in getting the best available web price for Noracar parts on supported platforms, and you won’t incur additional service fees for parts purchased from labeled sellers.
We utilize an external service provider to provide us with vehicle information associated with the entered license plate. Please note that only technical vehicle information is returned; no personal information is provided.
The search results compare vehicle versions to offer part choices that are consistent with the entered license plate. This ensures that you receive relevant part options based on the license plate information.
Compatible: Parts that have the same version as the vehicle identified by the provided license plate will be prominently displayed as “Compatible.” These are the parts most likely to be a direct match.
Seems Compatible: Following that, you will see parts from vehicles with a different version but the same make and model as the vehicle identified by the license plate. These parts will be labeled as “Seems Compatible.” While they may fit, some variation exists.
Compatibility Uncertain: Parts labeled as “Compatibility Uncertain” come from vehicles with a different make or model than the one identified by the provided license plate. These parts are less likely to be compatible.
The “Compatible,” “Seems Compatible,” and “Compatibility Uncertain” labels are visible when you have identified a vehicle by its license plate.
It’s possible that the license plate may not be recognized, or the database may not return precise information. In such cases, the system will automatically provide results based on the “make” and “model” if this information is available. If not, we recommend starting your search again from the main page.
The parts listed on Noracar.com are meticulously cataloged by VRCs (Vehicle Recycling Centers). However, if you have any doubts about the compatibility of a part, you can ensure compatibility by reviewing the technical specifications available on the part’s page or by contacting the seller via email using the “Information” button on the part’s page.
When you conduct a search, we sort and apply a default ranking to the results based on their relevance to make your browsing experience easier.
You can raise a dispute, which we will automatically forward to the seller. To do this, please use the “Contact Us” page, where you will find a dispute management option.
Sellers listing their stock on Noracar.com may not specify shipping costs, especially for parts that are delicate to transport. To place an order, you can still add the part to your cart. When you reach the delivery selection step, you can contact the seller directly to confirm the shipping cost.
Simply click “refresh the page,” and you can then complete your order with the updated delivery cost.
You can track your orders in the “My Account” section, under “Orders,” and then click on “View My Orders.” Here, you can access the details of your validated orders, such as the tracking number and the name of the carrier.
You can also review your pending orders, choose to pay for orders with parts still available for sale, or delete them in case of a change of mind.
The accepted modes of payment are those supported by MangoPay, including credit cards like CB, Visa, MasterCard, and Maestro.

When you reach the payment form, the item is reserved for you for 30 minutes and cannot be sold to another user. If you search for the part again, it will be marked as unavailable.
You can return to it from your orders with pending payment in “My Account,” under “Orders,” and then “View My Orders.“
The seller usually specifies whether a part can be delivered. In the search results, this information is indicated by the presence of shipping costs.
Each seller can define their own return, exchange, and refund policy. However, regardless of the seller and the reason, you have a 14-day withdrawal period from the receipt of the package without the need for justification. Depending on the seller’s conditions, you may be responsible for shipping costs. The part should be returned to the seller, not to Noracar’s headquarters.”
It’s the partner sellers who establish their terms (the ones you agree to when placing an order). An amicable agreement can naturally be reached. You can contact the relevant seller to negotiate a return.
